Do I stake money?+
No. A GapCall costs nothing to make and pays nothing out. The platform relayer pays the gas to anchor it. Your wallet only signs.
What exactly is the gap?+
The change from the last Chainlink update at or before Friday's close to the first update at or after Monday's 09:30 ET open, in basis points, after adjusting both prices by the Stock Token's multiplier. Rounded half away from zero.
When can I call, and when does it lock?+
A round opens when the previous one cuts off. Calls before Friday's close are marked EARLY CALL, calls after it POST-CLOSE CALL. Submissions stop 24 hours after the Friday close, by the server clock.
What makes a round VOID?+
If the Friday anchor is missing or more than 3 hours old, or no valid update arrives within 2 hours of the Monday open, that ticker is VOID with a reason code. VOID calls stay on your record and are not scored.
Can I delete a bad call?+
No. Official calls cannot be edited or deleted, so a Track Record shows the misses next to the hits.
Is there a token?+
No token is live, and nothing on GAPTAPE depends on one.
